Annual Lawn Care Program

 Our lawn care program consists of six applications. You may choose less than six. However, we only guarantee season long weed control if all six applications are applied.

#1 Lawn Weed Control & Fertilizer with Crabgrass Preventative/Pre-Emergent We highly recommend this application. However, if you have plans to seed areas of your lawn in the spring, this application will prevent your seed from germinating. (APRIL)

#2 Lawn Weed Control & Fertilizer with Bill-Bug Preventative We highly recommend this application. (MAY)

***Bill-Bug is a common grub to our area which feeds on the root zone of your lawn and can be very damaging. We highly recommend this application. We do guarantee this treatment. If you get bill-bug in your lawn after we’ve applied this application we will come back and treat your lawn at no extra charge to you. Should your lawn get bill bug and you did NOT have this application it could take more than one treatment to control the grub, and there will be additional charges. (The cost of this application is 50% more than all other lawn applications.)

#3 Lawn Weed Control & Fertilizer Prepares your lawn for summer, includes iron and micro-nutrients (JUNE)

#4 Lawn Weed Control & Fertilizer Includes iron and micro-nutrients (JULY)

#5 Lawn Weed Control & Fertilizer (AUGUST)

#6 Lawn Weed Control & Fertilizer Prepares your lawn for winter (SEPTEMBER)

Not interested in the annual program? Not a problem, you can choose to do a few less, but you may see a few weeds throughout the year.

We do also offer Lawn Aeration
